Our Story

Titania is a family run farm located 140km from Sydney, 189km’s from Canberra and 44kms from Bathurst, NSW, in the picturesque town of Oberon. The area is renowned for its nutrient rich basalt and granite soils, 1100 meters above sea level. With consistent rainfall, all year- round and high elevation, which brings snow in winter, our pastures are summer and winter dominate producing lush pastures for our grass-fed cattle. We are a family who live and breathe the country ethos. Community and raising children in the country creates great resilience and work ethic which in lines with our family values. The ability to live and work on the land is an honour and privilege. We are custodians with a duty to take care and nurture nature. Our farm management prides itself on regenerative and organic farming practices. Grass-fed cattle have lower total fat content with more heart-healthy omega -3 fatty acids and antioxidant vitamin E, which is beneficial for your eyes, brain and skin. It is an incredibly nutrient dense protein with two times the amount of lutein and beta-carotene. Rich in vitamin B12, B3, and B6, also containing high levels of iron, selenium and Zinc, compared to grain fed. More importantly, grass fed cattle is better for the environment. They improve soil health and have lower greenhouse gas emissions. Our farm is the epitome of the future of agriculture. As the world changes and focus’ on healthier food resources, we pride ourselves on regenerative farming and holistic farming management which produces first class cattle.
